Job Title: Motion GEOINT Specialist

Position Overview:
Praescient Analytics is seeking a highly motivated Motion GEOINT Specialist to support intelligence operations for our customer in Springfield, VA. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in Motion GEOINT tradecraft, analytic expertise, and the ability to produce high-quality geospatial intelligence products. This role requires strong collaboration with national and service intelligence partners, as well as the ability to clearly communicate complex intelligence findings to diverse stakeholders. U.S. Citizenship is required.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct Motion GEOINT tradecraft and analysis in support of mission requirements.

Utilize Motion GEOINT software applications to produce timely, accurate, and actionable intelligence products.

Prepare, maintain, and present intelligence displays, reports, and briefings using visual aids.

Produce GEOINT products that meet professional quality standards and support operational decision-making.

Work with digital data sources (NTM, PAN, SAR, etc.) for analysis and product creation.

Conduct geolocation and mensuration tasks to support intelligence reporting.

Develop, update, and manage geospatial databases and products.

Apply knowledge of intelligence issues, military operations, and geospatial tools to solve analytic problems.

Collaborate with national and service intelligence agencies/centers to advance mission objectives.

Communicate findings effectively in both written reports and oral briefings.
Required Qualifications:

3+ years of relevant GEOINT experience (may be supplemented by a relevant degree).

Demonstrated experience with Motion GEOINT tradecraft and analysis.

Proficiency with Motion GEOINT software applications.

Experience collaborating with intelligence agencies/centers.

Proven ability to produce professional standard GEOINT products.

Experience with digital data sources (NTM, PAN, SAR, etc.).

Skilled in geolocation and mensuration.

Experience creating, updating, and managing geospatial databases.
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with clarity and accuracy.

Knowledge of intelligence organizations, collection systems, reporting processes, and analytic tradecraft.
Clearance Requirement:
- Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph.
- Must be willing and able to undergo Extended-Scope Polygraph (ESP) or Full-Scope Polygraph (FSP)
Additional information: Positions are M-F, normal working hours and there is no requirement for shift 2 or weekend work at this time, but this is subject to change at customer discretion.
