Overview:
Praescient Analytics is hiring an experienced Customer Support Specialist to serve as the primary interface for Intelligence Community (IC) users of OSE (Open Source Enterprise) tools, such as Osiris. This mission-critical role involves providing timely, accurate, and professional support to users, ensuring issues are documented, tracked, and resolved while serving as a liaison between customers and technical or mission teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for IC users of OSE-facing tools and systems

Address user inquiries, access requests, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner

Document all correspondence and interactions in designated tracking systems

Capture, analyze, and relay IC user requirements to internal OSE teams (Mission Technology, Collection, Mission-Facing)

Escalate complex or urgent matters to senior leadership and the Front Office

Help refine documentation practices and improve user experience through feedback integration
Required Qualifications:

Full-Scope Polygraph (FS Poly) clearance

3+ years in customer service or technical support roles

1+ year of experience documenting user needs and maintaining detailed records

Strong teamwork and communication skills across IC or technical stakeholder groups

1+ year experience supporting IC user communities or mission environments
