The team is passionate about making a difference with data. As the HR Director, you will impact the growth of the Company by managing the personnel accounts and benefit vendors within our Human Resources Department. You will interact daily with highly skilled employees and Corporate Leaders to ensure fast and accurate responses toward supporting better performance and production across the Company. Using unparalleled interpersonal skills, you will act as the go-to person for all Human Resources related matters and will work closely with the Executive team to foster a supportive and resourceful working environment. Your creativity, ambition and organization within Human Resources will directly affect how the Company makes critical decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Contribution to the energy and culture that Praescient strives to maintain;
- Design, implement, and administer Company benefits package;
- Management of healthcare brokers and carriers;
- Review, update, and manage company policies and guidelines;
- Responsible for new hire orientations and benefit enrollments as well as providing overview of our benefits, policies and HRIS management to the company;
- Develop, implement, monitor, and report on the Company's ethics and code of conduct programs, diversity initiatives, and affirmative action program and recommending solutions to improve the overall awareness of our Corporate policies;
- Work with other Directors and Executives to ensure recruiting and staffing needs are met;
- Initiating, delivering or coordinating employee development/performance management programs within the Company;
- Responsible for overseeing Company Professional Development Reimbursement Program;
- Willing to learn Facility Security Clearance operations in compliance with the NISPOM. Once learned and confident to manage, the HR Director will:
- Oversee the processing of security investigations and reinvestigations
- Ensure compliance with all security requirements in DD-254s
- Assist C-level Executives with special ad hoc projects as needed.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, business management or equivalent required
- Required PHR or SPHR certification required
- Experience with ADP system (Workforce Now or ADP HRB) required
- Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance
- Must have three (3) years or more years of proven Human Resources experience
- Experience working as a Facility Security Officer or Willingness to learn Facility Clearance Officer operations
- Knowledge of Government contracting a plus
- Must have a customer service attitude and the ability to function in a matrix environment
- Ability to interact effectively with staff, management, customers and potential candidates
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and human resource informational tools/systems
- Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment
