Praescient Analytics has an immediate opening for an Intelligence Training and Education Specialist to support the 1st IO Command at Fort Belvoir, VA. This role requires a TS/SCI Level clearance or higher. As a Training and Education Specialist, you will need experience in the following:
Responsibilities:
- Activities may include assisting in policy planning; workflow procedures testing and evaluation, analytic workflow redesign, training and development. Would be responsible for training, educating and facilitating classroom environments for multiple courses taught at first IO. Requires formal training and experience in one or more of the following: Open Source Research (OSR), Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), or Publicly Available Information (PAI).
Minimum Experience:
- Demonstrate comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for a Training and Education Specialist.
- Demonstrate the ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
- Demonstrate ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines.
- Demonstrate ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
- Demonstrate ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
Required Training/Certification:
- Applicants must be Intelligence Professionals with Open Source Research (OSR) or Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) formal training AND experience who will teach the use of capabilities for these functions.
- TRADOC Course must be completed in the first 6 months of employment.
- Active TS/SCI clearance or higher (Must Have).
Required Experience/Education:
- Bachelors Degree or higher and 3+ years of Intelligence experience or a High School Diploma and 7+ years of Intelligence
- EW and Cyberspace Operations experience are particularly desired.
- Experience developing and delivering various Programs of Instruction (POI).
- Experience running military courses, seminars, exercises, and workshops
- Ability to author curriculum using analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation processes.
