- Technical Leadership: Drive process automation and the application of sophisticated data analytics to large, disparate datasets to enable rapid intelligence production.
- Strategic Collaboration: Act as a key communicator between technical and non-technical partners, ensuring advanced analytic projects are translated into mission success.
- Peer Excellence: Lead and participate in rigorous peer review processes, applying best practices and novel methodological approaches to enhance project outcomes.
- Operational Management: Oversee project budgets, schedules, and status reporting. You will serve as the primary liaison between project planning and line management.
- Problem Solving: Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and create intervention strategies to resolve bottlenecks and meet client-satisfaction goals.
Required Qualifications:
- Security Clearance: Must possess an active, current TS/SCI with polygraph.
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years of relevant professional experience in Data Science / Data Analysis.
- Education: BS/BA degree in a related field.
- Technical Stack: A proven data science background with proficiency in multiple programming languages, including Python, R, and Ruby.
- Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrated ability to engage executive leaders and interagency partners in a professional, collaborative manner.
- Adaptability: Proven track record of maintaining superior customer service and project completion in dynamic environments where requirements shift based on new information.
- Organizational Mastery: Excellent time management skills and the ability to work across organizational silos to support whole-of-government activities.
Desired Qualifications:
- IC Expertise: Deep knowledge of Intelligence Community policies and procedures and the ability to apply them to meet specific customer needs.
- Team Leadership: Experience managing the full talent lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, driving team performance, and mentoring junior staff.
*U.S. Citizenship is required.
