To support the mission of the Offices of Inspectors General (OIG), the Pandemic Response Accountability Committee (PRAC) has established the Pandemic Response Center of Excellence (PACE) for the purpose of conducting data analysis and visualization; sharing leading practices; providing tools and services; and providing investigative intelligence. The mission of the PRAC is to promote transparency and conduct and support oversight of covered funds and the Coronavirus response to (1) prevent and detect fraud, waste, abuse, and mismanagement (FWA&M); and (2) mitigate major risks that cut across program and agency boundaries. As part of this mission, the PRAC works with Federal Inspectors General (IGs) to develop recommendations on measures to prevent or address fraud, waste, abuse and mismanagement; provides support in conducting investigations, audits, and reviews relating to the covered funds and Coronavirus response; and refers matters for criminal investigations.
Praescient Analytics is in search of a Project Manager to be the primary technical and managerial interface between the vendor and Contracting Officer (CO) and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
Primary Responsibilities:
- Openly communicate with all stakeholders providing support to ensure teams work together to provide quality product and services.
- Interface with stakeholders to communicate project milestones and deliverables.
- Coordinate with Praescient corporate resources including Finance, Recruiting, HR, IT, and Security.
- As Product Owner, lead for defining User Stories and prioritizing backlog.
Required Qualifications:
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Have 5+ years of experience managing and implementing agile projects and delivering fraud analytics solutions.
- The Project Manager will have experience implementing fraud analytic platforms.
- Must have strong oral and communication skills and experience interacting with senior leaders within an organization.
- Maintain strong skills in the following key areas including strategic thinking, multi-tasking, conflict management, time management, planning and executing a defined plan of action.
- Have hands-on experience managing to cost and schedule milestones consistent with Project plans.
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with MS Azure, MS Power BI and Drupal Stack, Data Lake Gen 1 and Data Lake Gen 2.
