Overview:

Praescient Analytics is seeking a mission-driven OSINT (Open Source Intelligence) Requirements & Reporting Analyst to deliver high-quality, data-driven reports on national security issues. This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where you’ll combine OSINT tradecraft, Generative AI (GAI) workflows, and structured data methodologies to produce actionable intelligence in hours—not days.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and collect OSINT from open sources using secure tradecraft

• Draft quick-turn intelligence reports in standard IC format

• Structure and synthesize data using Excel and no-code tools

• Develop and iterate GAI prompt chains to automate and enhance reporting workflows

• Collaborate with stakeholders in chat-based environments (e.g., MS Teams) to refine requirements and deliverables

• Maintain accurate documentation and version control of reporting methodologies and user guidance

• Full-Scope Polygraph (FS Poly) clearance

• 1+ year producing data-driven OSINT reports on national security topics

• 2+ years executing data-centric OSINT exploitation using no-code or low-code tools

• 1+ year designing GAI prompts and automation workflows (no coding required)

• Experience conveying complex data behaviors to non-technical audiences

• Strong organizational and documentation skills; ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure
